NAPLES & KEY WEST — The United Way of Collier and the Keys has welcomed three new directors to its board and appointed Kathy Connelly of the Naples Botanical Garden as Chair-Elect. Ms. Connelly will serve alongside Board Chair Debbie Mathews-Finch and Maria Jones, Vice Chair, this year before becoming Chair in 2022. Nancy Limb of Bank of America has rejoined the board as Treasurer. United Way of Collier and the Keys’ CEO Steve Sanderson will continue to serve as the board’s Secretary.

New to the board this year are Ross Dickmann of Moorings Park, Todd Lyon of NCH Healthcare System, and Jessica Tressler of FifthThird Bank. All three new members and Ms. Limb will serve three-year terms.

Ross Dickmann is Vice President of Operations for Moorings Park and Mooring Park Grey Oaks in Naples where he directs day-to-day operations of a multi-campus provider of senior living services. Mr. Dickmann has been involved in managing senior living communities since his honorable discharge from the United States Coast Guard in 1998 after more than 20 years of service.

Nancy Limb is a Senior Vice President for Bank of America where she has been employed since 1977. Ms. Limb previously served on the United Way of Collier and the Keys board from 2010 to 2016.

Todd Lyon is currently Director of Talent Management for NCH Healthcare System, responsible for recruitment, retention, and employee relations for more than 4,800 employees and contractors. A graduate of Leadership Collier, Mr. Lyon also serves on the board of Baby Basics of Collier County.

Jessica Tressler is Vice President, Retail Regional Manager, for FifthThird Bank, responsible for a remote retail sales team of more than 92 employees in 15 financial centers. Ms. Tressler has been a leader of the FifthThird United Way campaign since 2015 and has led dramatic growth in giving and participation among her colleagues.

“We are thrilled that these new and returning board members have committed to sharing their time and talent with our United Way. Our ability to attract and retain superlative board volunteers drives the success of our organization,” says Steve Sanderson, President and CEO of the United Way of Collier and the Keys.
