The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade or South Bay.

• Jesus Pacheco, III, was arrested March 1 by PBSO and charge with two counts of smuggling contrabrand - controlled substance into a county detention facility, and public order crimes - use 2 way communication device to facility felony. Bond set at $15,000.

• Derek Altman was arrested March 1 by PBSO and charged with felony failure to appear. Bond was not set.

• Jonathan Stremy was arrested Feb. 29 by PBSO and charged with three counts of petit theft from merchant, farmer or transit agency 2+ prior convictions. Bond set at $9,000.

• Mark Coleman was arrested Feb. 29 by PBSO and charged with driving while license suspended or revoked. Bond was not set.
