Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

  • April Shauger, 31, at large, was arrested Feb. 22 by OCSO Deputy A. Russelburg and charged with felony criminal mischief and battery. Bond was set at $3,000.
  • Milton Molina Martinez, 21, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Feb. 22 by OCSO Deputy A. Russelburg and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, resisting arrest and disorderly intoxication. Bond was set at $11,500.
  • Amy Faison was arrested Feb. 22 and charged with the introduction of contraband into a detention facility. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Andrea Hatfield, 29, Northwest 24th Drive, was arrested Feb. 24 by OCPD Officer Rafael Castaneda and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, petit theft and trespass. Bond was set at $4,500.
  • Virgil Dixon, 40, was charged with the Sale of MDPV. Dixon has reportedly been arrested multiple times for various felonies, including dealing in stolen property, threatening witnesses, and possessing dangerous drugs with intent to sell and manufacture.
  • Alphonso Morris, 29, was charged with the Sale of Cocaine. Morris has a history of arrests, including the sale and delivery of cocaine (arrested this past November), robbery by snatching, a history of fleeing and eluding, Aggravated Battery with the Intent to Kill (Domestic), and numerous battery and assault cases.
  • Casey Casen, 44, was charged with the Sale of MDPV. Casen has allegedly been charged 36 times with different offenses, ranging from aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest with and without violence, numerous domestic assault/battery arrests, and other misc. arrests.
  • Casey Bonaeu, 51, was charged with the Sale of MDPV. Bonaeu reportedly has a history of burglary to unoccupied structures, aggravated assault, felony battery, aggravated battery on a pregnant woman, and numerous violations of probation.
  • Andrew Jackson, 22, was charged with the Sale of Marijuana - Jackson's past arrests reportedly range from verbal threats, possession of marijuana, felony accessory to the fact, causing cruel death, pain or suffering to an animal, and numerous other minor offenses.
  • Lashay Butler, 49, was charged with the Sale of MDPV. Butler's past arrests range from possession of cocaine, sales of cocaine, resisting without violence, trespass, theft, and other minor offenses.
  • Shirley Ardley, 57, was charged with the Sale of MDPV. Ardely reportedly has a history of drug paraphernalia arrests, battery, and possession of a scheduled narcotic with the intent to sell. Introduction of contraband into a detention facility and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription
  • Earl Rolland Thomas, 45, was charged with the Sale of Methamphetamine. Thomas allegedly has a criminal record for burglary, armed burglary, possession of controlled substances, possession of burglary tools, resisting arrest without violence, and possession of a controlled substance without prescription.
  • Victor Mateo Lopez Garcia, 44, was charged with the Sale of Methamphetamine. Garcia, who goes by Mateo Lopez-Garcia, reportedly has several arrests for the sale of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Juan Jesus Sanchez Ruiz, 29, was charged with Trafficking in Methamphetamine. Ruiz, who goes by Juan Sanchez, was reportedly arrested and out on bond for trafficking in cocaine in August of 2023.
