HENDRY COUNTY – The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from Sept. 20 to Sept. 26, 2021.

• Marisa Lane Aselson, 40, Chippewa Falls, Wisc., was arrested on Sept. 20,  by Deputy R. Bone on and out of state fugitive warrant.

• Jennifer Lynn St. Hilaire, 38, LaBelle, was arrested on Sept. 21,  by K9 Officer M. Afonso on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of controlled substance without prescription and driving with suspended/revoked drivers license.

• Hector Delgado, Jr., 38, LaBelle, was arrested on Sept. 21,  by Deputy D. Coronilla on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug equipment and failure to appear.

• Byron Jamal Maxie, 31, N. Ft. Myers, was arrested on Sept. 22, by Deputy C. Earl on charges of carrying concealed weapon, possession of methamphetamine, grand theft of firearm and possession of drug equipment.

• Joseph Wade Whitehead, Jr. 49, Lehigh Acres, was arrested on Sept. 22,  by Deputy C. Earl on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug equipment.

• Jors Stik Pazmora, 55, Hialeah, was arrested on Sept. 22,  by Deputy C. Earl on charges of felony failure to appear.

• Mario Theodore Bates, 26, N. Ft. Myers, was arrested on Sept. 23,  by Deputy C. Earl for felony probation violation.

• Jay C D Alexander, 43, LaBelle, was arrested on Sept. 23,   by Hendry County Sheriff’s Vice-Narcotics Unit on charges of possession of controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug equipment – manufacture deliver, possession of drug equipment, trafficking in methamphetamine and felony probation violation.

• Santiago Villar, 60, Montura Ranch Estates, was arrested on Sept. 23,  by Deputy O. Gonzalez on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription.

• Luis Angel Longoria, 38, LaBelle, was arrested on Sept. 25,  by K9 Officer M. Afonso on charges of DUI.

• Luis G. Portal, 46, Clewiston, was arrested on Sept. 25, by Deputy S. George on charges of possession of firearm by a Florida convicted felon.
