CLEWISTON — Clewiston Elks Lodge #1853 hosted the local Soccer Shoot on Tuesday, Sept. 14, at the Clewiston Youth Development Academy (CYDA) playfield.

Soccer Shoot Medal winners included:
• Arianny Aragus from Central Elementary, first place U-8 Girls
• Kayden Peaden from Westside Elementary, first place U-10 Girls
• Alexa Trevino from CES, second place U-10 Girls
• Charlie Barnes from WES and Alexander Trevino from CES, first place U-10 (tie)
• Blake Ball from Eastside Elementary, second place U-10 Boys

• Matthew Peaden from WES, third place U-10 Boys
• Aiden Thomas from CES, fourth place
• Michael Bussott from WES, first place Boys U-12
• Nathan Assefa from Clewiston Christian School, first place Boys U-14 and the top score of the day (30)
• Lee Odoms from CYDA, second place Boys U-14
• William Bussott from CMS, third place Boys U-14
• David Gonzalez from CCS, fourth place (by tiebreaker) Boys U-14
• Rolando Gonzalez from CCS, fifth place Boys U-14

The Elks Southeast District Soccer Shoot will be held Saturday, Oct. 23 at 10 a.m., at Clewiston Youth Development Academy playfield located at 435 E. Circle Drive in Clewiston.

Contestants from the Elks lodges in Okeechobee, Jupiter, and West Palm Beach have been invited.
