OKEECHOBEE — Capt. Jeff Marquis of the Salvation Army was the guest speaker at a recent Kiwanis Club of Okeechobee meeting. Capt. Jeff updated the Club on the Salvation Army's service to Okeechobee by providing rent, utility, and food assistance. The local Salvation Army office located at 1600 S.W.
